NCLC 2019 Letter to DACBRs
- WHAT’S NEW?
The Council on Diagnostic Imaging is one of twelve ACA Councils.
Currently, the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) is undergoing a transformation to become more efficient in the evolving healthcare arena. As the ACA commences with new procedures, the relationships with the councils will also be altered.
The CDI will continue to keep you updated during this transitional period.
- WELCOME NEW CHIROPRACTIC RADIOLOGISTS
The American College of Chiropractic Radiology (ACCR) welcomes three new DACBRs this year. These candidates have successfully completed the examinations given by the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (ACBR). Radiology residents successfully complete three years residency at an accredited chiropractic college and are then permitted to sit for the radiology board. The board examinations consist of stringent tests in the areas of Skeletal Radiology; Neuroradiology; Chest; Gastrointestinal/Genitourinary; Special Imaging; and X-ray Physics. A candidate must pass all examinations with a score of 80% or higher in order to earn their diplomate status.
We welcome these diplomates to continue to serve our profession as radiology experts.
